The photo list that makes a swim spa estimate more useful
A swim spa needs more than one close-up. Photograph its full length, equipment side, base, route and loading area so the assessor can see the job as a sequence.
Capture all four sides
A wide photo from each side shows cabinet condition, nearby walls and whether there is working room. Include a person-free scale reference such as a standard gate.
Show the foundation and utilities
Photograph the base, equipment bay and visible connection points without opening energized equipment. State whether qualified disconnection is complete.
Record the route in order
Take overlapping photos from the spa to the gate and then to the loading point. The sequence reveals turns, slopes and surface changes.
Add numbers to the pictures
Write down overall length, width and height plus the narrowest clearance. A measurement without a labeled location can create the wrong assumption.
